What do I need to do on my end to have access??
First you must
subscribe to the service that you
want to access.
Secondly, in order to access our system,
you must be using a browser version 4.x or above (Microsoft Explorer or
Netscape).
Your browser must be set to have:
- 1. Java enabled
- 2. Cookies turned on and accepted (also check your
security level - you may need to lower it)
- 3. If you are going through a firewall or a proxy server, your ISP MUST retain the same IP address for a complete session. (this is the most common cause of "successful login" then "you must login")
I am not able to log in, it says
"No Customer Record" ??
If after entering your user name and password
you get the message "No Customer Record"
then you have entered your user name and/or your password incorrectly. Verify
your user name and password and carefully re-enter them. If you still get the
same error response please contact the provider of your User Name and
Password.
I am not able to log in, it says
"Customer Record Suspended" ??
If after entering your user name and password
you get the message "Customer Record Suspended" your account has been disabled for administrative reasons. To
have your account reactivated please contact the provider of your User Name
and Password.
It says "Successful Login" but then I end up back at the
Log In Page, Why?
If you appear to have logged on
successfully but are suddenly returned to the Log In page your browser may not
be set up properly. Your browser must be setup to allow "cookies" and "java".
These features can be enabled in your browser settings. If you do not know how
to make these changes please contact your IT representative or a colleague
familiar with these browser settings.
I log in successfully but right in the middle of my
session I have to log in again, why?
You may be returned to the Log In page
unexpectantly during the Log-In process or during your user session as a
result of having a "non-static IP address". Secure servers use IP addresses to
verify that users are properly authorized to log-in and access the site. If
your system uses a range of variable IP addresses that may change during the
course of your on-line session, you may be prematurely disconnected when our
system detects a different IP address. To Log-In and remain Logged In you must
have an IP address that is fixed, at least for the duration of your user
session. If your IP address is not static and is changing as a result of using
a Proxy Server please advise your IT representative or Internet Service
Provider that you must have a static IP address for a minimum duration of the
current session.
Everything seems to be set correctly at my end, but I
still cannot log in?
